MEET ASHLEY

Hi, I’m Ashley:

I’m a unique expression of consciousness, taking the 3D form of an intuitive healer, seeker, student, mindful mother, wife, friend, life long musician and a trauma informed Clinical and Spiritual Hypnosis and Somatic Practitioner. In my first career, I spent 16 years in the corporate world as a Professional NLP Leadership Performance Coach and a Leadership Development Consultant. My Masters is in Adult Education and Organizational Leadership. I loved my corporate career that took me all over the country and some places outside the country and yet, I had always yearned to work for myself—to travel, to speak, to teach and guide people to connect to the empowered leader within and to offer unique opportunities to expand into new, authentic and embodied iterations of themselves. In 2014, I opened my own Leadership Consulting business and did just that.

After the birth of my daughter, I felt a deep resonance to fully embrace and offer my gifts as an intuitive healer and musician. I went back to school to study more intentionally and to fulfill what I knew then, without a shadow of a doubt, was my soul mission—helping people to self-heal and expand their consciousness by reconnecting them to the wisdom of their bodymind and soul through altered states of consciousness, sacred sound and conscious embodiment inner work. It is through the modalities of hypnosis, somatic therapies, sacred sound, mindfulness and movement that I have the pleasure and honor to artfully guide people to reconnect to dormant aspects of themselves, initiating deeper levels of self-awareness, self-attunement and global spiritual consciousness, resulting in transformational personal growth.

I grew up in a very musical family with both parents being professional musicians and entrepreneurs. Singing/breathing, writing music, dancing and uninhibited self-expression were staples of how I grew up. I currently sing professionally with my siblings in a soul, blues and folk trio band called ‘Roots of Soul’ based in Colorado. In my work, I use powerful tools such as Voice Arts, Sound and Vibration and Breathwork to assist clients in enhancing and magnifying their personal change work. Talk about coming full circle from where I began.

Blending my artistry as a Hypnosis + Somatic Practitioner, Professional Coach/Consultant, life long Musician and Speaker, I offer powerful heart-centered services through group workshops, women’s groups, keynote speaking, retreats and my private practice in Louisville Colorado.
